Compliance

Just like transparency and "proprietary protocols", for the status quo, these are little more than buzzwords with minimal commitment.  Commitment means full disclosure and sharing of data.

And what exactly is a "proprietary protocol/program" by distributors or property management companies?  If it saves lives and money, why hide this basic right to a healthy and safe environment?  Are they saying that ONLY they have the solution to a safe school for your children or hospital for your loved ones?

BTL knows that without a strong commitment to both contract and cleaning standards compliance, a distributor (and their contract) are little more than a "free-for-all" marketplace where anything CAN and DOES happen with little oversight.

EVERY BTL contract has a primary component of COMPLIANCE and ACCOUNTABILITY for all parties, including customers and manufacturers.

What does that say about a distributor's values as a company and how they treat customers and their local community if that's NOT stated in their mission and included in their contracts?  Is that who you want to do business with?

“BTL gave me the tools to manage the contract results, something we struggled with from our previous vendor.” ~ Gov't Procurement Officer
